Horrible customer relations.
Horrible customer relations. Store manager made myself and my wife feel unwanted at this dealer. We have bought many cars and have been known to buy his and her cars at one time. We were in the market to upgrade one, maybe two of our cars. The store manager seemed annoyed at my wife's indecisiveness, and made rude comments towards our choice of price range. The sales team was upbeat and helpful. I am so sorry we gave this place yet another chance. Car sales is a hard enough career without having managers that chase customers away.
